LT vs HT Substation Feasibility

Low-capacity (15kW–30kW) DC stations connect directly to standard Low Tension (415V LT) grids. High-power systems (60kW, 120kW, up to 360kW) mandate dedicated High Tension (11kV HT) substations with a private transformer bay.

Active Thermal Dissipation

Squad fast chargers generate heat during heavy current draws. The systems incorporate advanced forced-air cooling. Our 240kW–350kW hyper-chargers support liquid-cooled cable terminals to prevent high-amp thermal throttling.

Physical Clearances & Safety

Fast charging bays require safe clearances. Ensure a 1-meter service spacing layout behind the cabinet for air-ventilation flow. Equip bays with electrical isolators, mechanical impact guards, and accessible emergency-stop buttons.
