These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by SunPlus Technologies. By browsing our website, requesting product quotes, ordering solar power equipment, or commissioning EPC installation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SunPlus Technologies. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other corporate legal entity, you represent that you hold the authority to bind such entity.

SunPlus Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the contents of this website for your informational and business assessment purposes.

For all Solar Energy and EV Charging station installations, the following conditions apply:

• Site Access & Permits: The client is responsible for providing our installation crews with safe, unrestricted access to the designated property and obtaining necessary approvals from local municipal authorities, electricity boards (DISCOMs), and residential associations (HOAs).
• Structural Feasibility: Rooftops must be structurally capable of bearing the load of PV panels and module mounting structures (MMS). SunPlus Technologies holds no liability for damages resulting from pre-existing roof weaknesses.
• Electrical Ratings: Grid-tied systems require local substation compatibility. Any transformer upgrades or grid reinforcement costs requested by DISCOMs are the responsibility of the client.

SunPlus Technologies acts as the Authorized Technology Partner for industry-leading manufacturers.

Our EPC team provides a 1-year warranty covering workmanship, cabling, and structural installation from the date of system commissioning.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunPlus Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities caused by power outages, grid failures, or solar generation fluctuations.
• System downtime during routine grid maintenance or DISCOM connection delays.
• Force Majeure events including extreme weather, earthquakes, lightning strikes, grid surges, or civil disturbances.

These Terms, along with your use of the website and contract agreements, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nadiad (Kheda District) or Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide a notice on the website homepage and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
